The Power of Teamwork And What It Can Accomplish For Your Business

I was talking to an associate in marketing of mine, Jocelyn Jones, last week about how to employ teamwork into a direct sales business to establish the team, and then to what extent would you follow that concept. Our talks kept on arriving back to a renowned networking strategy called Tribe Marketing.

Tribes are a group of marketers that help promote each other’s business by commenting on their blog, tweeting about them, digging their articles, giving testimonials, rating and commenting videos on Youtube, and anything else that will help build the names of the people in their group. If done the right way this can be extremely powerful.

Finding people to work with is very easy, all you have to do is ask people you know that are in your own business opportunity, and people that are in groups on your social networking sites like Facebook or LinkedIn. Let them know that by aiding each other you construct trust and credibility in other people’s eyes and that is what helps in growing a solid business in this industry.

There is a correct way and an incorrect way to do this. The improper way of doing this is to have a little group of 3 people and keep providing each other 2 way link backs. If you are using this technique for SEO marketing, doing it this way will completely defeat the entire purpose of what you are trying to achieve. Search engines absolutely hate this, and can simply notice this activity, which can get your site put on a blacklist

The appropriate way is to collect a large group of people, preferably at least 15-20. Then divide people up to help each other. For example, I agree to facilitate the promotion of my friend John’s content, he facilitates promoting Suzie’s and Suzie promotes mine. See, how simply it works? One way linking is how you improve your ranking in search engines. The more people you collect in the group, the more, one way link strings you can form.

Anyhow, Jocelyn was narrating to me about her team with TVI Express how they utilize the Tripe idea in a unique and enormously successful way. Unlike most of the downline groups or teams in established MLM’s, where they apply the primary Tribe Marketing technique to form individual teams, Jocelyn’s team helps in promoting the group and dividing the new members on an even basis among the team. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a member or how many people you’ve personally recruited either.

Every individual of the group gets to select their own marketing tactics they’d like to go ahead with in promoting the group, so you are never forced to do something you’ll hate. If you are new to network marketing or just don’t know what to do, the team will even help you find something and teach you how to do it. Every member participates and everyone benefits.

Actually, their team motto is “No one is left behind”.

Does this actually work? You can get your answer from Mrs. Jones if it does. Within 40 days and with lesser than an investment of $300, she attains a downline of around 80 people, has earned all of her money back, and has also acquired a nice big fat check of $10,000. She personally registered only a couple of her 80 group members, and got the rest as the team works in mass together providing them the ability to establish a larger team in a smaller span of time, that it would take if every individual person undertook the activity of building their teams on their own.

So, does it work? Form a group and let your results speak for themselves.
